D. Duane Oswald, President, CEO
A seasoned healthcare executive with over 35 years experience, Mr. Oswald has held numerous President, CEO and Administrator positions with various hospital systems throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania and California. In 1990, Mr. Oswald saw a need within the Fresno medical community for administrative support to help medical professionals understand and react to an ever-changing healthcare environment. Mr. Oswald has built Avante Health into a comprehensive healthcare consulting and management firm, partnering with medical groups, hospitals, employers and health plans throughout California. Mr. Oswald received his B.A. in Economics from Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana and his Masters in Healthcare Administration and Hospital Administration from George Washington University in Washtington, D.C.
Amy Villegas, Director, Clinical Operations
Mrs. Villegas oversees Avante's clinical staff, clinical programs and clinical operations. Mrs. Villegas works with Avante medical staff to coordinate Quality Management, Utilization Management and Intake Programs.
Todd Galbraith, Director, Information Technology & Claims Operations
Mr. Galbraith handles all IT issues and claims operations, including data capture and reporting, data and eligibility importing/exporting and infrastructure and planning. Mr. Galbraith has extensive IT experience in many sectors including healthcare, education and manufacturing.
Keely Coyle, Marketing and Account Representative
Ms. Coyle’s responsibilities with Avante Health include Marketing and Communication duties, as well as Account Representative for ABHP. Ms. Coyle works closely with Human Resource staff from each of ABHP’s Carve-Out and EAP contracts, providing valuable employee materials, resources and a vast library of articles and services. Ms. Coyle also works with area brokers and employers to be an evangelist for Avante and it’s service offerings.
